An interesting video for the “Knit
Back” technique:
http://www.knitting-and.com/knitting/tips/backwards.ht
ml
You can knit or purl ‘backwards’. If
you can master this technique, as some   talented
folks in our group have, your knitting speed is
increased   tremendously.

Susan Proctor's WebSite
In 2008, we contributed sweaters, hats, mittens, scarves, socks, and blankets to
which were sent to orphanages in Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and Russia
through the group Warm Woolies.  This year we are sending items that will be
distributed domestically to two Indian Reservations desperately in need..
www.warmwoolies.org/reservations.html.  We are asking guild members to try
and make two items of any of the above things in either wool, acrylic, or
polar-fleece to bring to the March meeting and to save loose change to send for
shipping/distributi on to help defray the costs to Warm Woolies.  WW also sent
us patterns/booklets as a thank you
